Return & Refund Policy
At Last Frontier Creations, many of our products are custom, personalized, handcrafted, or made to order. Because of this, all return and refund requests are subject to review and approval.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns are accepted only on eligible, non-custom products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags, if applicable
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
All return requests are subject to review by Last Frontier Creations before approval.
Custom, Personalized & Made-to-Order Products
DTF products, engraved wood products, personalized products, custom products, and special-order items are considered custom and made to order.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Custom DTF transfers
- Custom DTF gang sheets
- Custom apparel
- Personalized apparel
- Engraved cutting boards
- Engraved wood products
- Personalized wood products
- Custom laser-engraved items
- Special-order merchandise
- Products created specifically for an individual customer
- Products produced using customer-supplied artwork, logos, names, designs, or specifications
Because these products are created specifically for the customer and may not be resold, custom and made-to-order items are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Orders may become non-refundable once:
- A custom design has been approved
- Materials have been ordered
- Production has begun
- Printing, engraving, cutting, pressing, or other custom production work has started
Any request involving a custom or made-to-order product will be reviewed individually. Approval of a return, remake, replacement, store credit, or refund is at the discretion of Last Frontier Creations unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Starting a Return

Please include your:
- Name
- Order number
- Product being returned
- Reason for the return
- Photos, if the request involves damage, defects, or an incorrect item
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by Last Frontier Creations or an approved defective or damaged item.
Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged during shipment, or you received an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
We may request photographs of:
- The damaged or defective item
- The shipping packaging
- The shipping label
- The affected area of the product
Depending on the circumstances, an approved resolution may include repair, replacement, remake, store credit, refund, or assistance with a shipping-carrier claim.
Normal variations in handmade or natural products are not necessarily considered defects.
Wood grain, color, engraving tone, texture, placement, and other natural or production-related characteristics may vary slightly from one product to another.
Customer-Supplied Artwork & Design Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving custom artwork, spelling, names, dates, sizing, colors, placement, and other requested specifications before production.
For DTF transfers, engraved wood products, personalized items, and other custom orders, approval of the final design authorizes Last Frontier Creations to begin production.
Once a customer approves a design and production begins, Last Frontier Creations is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved design, including spelling, sizing, layout, placement, or customer-supplied artwork issues.
If Last Frontier Creations produces an item differently from the final approved design or order specifications, please contact us so the issue can be reviewed.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- DTF transfers and gang sheets
- Engraved wood products
- Personalized products
- Custom products
- Made-to-order products
- Special-order products
- Personal care and beauty products
- Opened or used personal care products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items, unless otherwise required by law
- Products damaged through misuse, improper care, or normal wear
Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about whether a specific product is eligible for return.
Exchanges
Approved exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
In most situations, the fastest way to receive a different eligible item is to complete the approved return and place a new order.
DTF, engraved wood, personalized, custom, and made-to-order products are generally not eligible for exchange.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is the result of an error by Last Frontier Creations or otherwise required by law.
Please allow additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Order Cancellations
Because DTF products, engraved wood products, personalized items, and other custom products are made specifically for each customer, cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible.
Orders may be eligible for cancellation and refund before materials are ordered or production begins.
Once materials have been ordered, a design has been approved, or production has begun, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.
