Shipping Policy

At Last Frontier Creations, we strive to provide reliable and reasonably priced shipping options for every order. Because many of our products are made to order, personalized, or handcrafted, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product, order size, material availability, and carrier conditions.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and ready for shipment within approximately 2–3 weeks after payment and any required design approval.

Custom-made wood products, engraved items, large orders, and specialty products may require additional processing time.

Processing times may also be extended due to circumstances outside of our control, including:

  • Product or material availability
  • Supplier delays
  • Equipment or production delays
  • Severe weather
  • Carrier disruptions
  • High seasonal order volume
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Processing time is separate from shipping or transit time.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping rates shown at checkout are calculated using the information available at the time the order is placed, including product weight, package dimensions, destination, carrier availability, and current carrier rates.

All shipping charges displayed at checkout are estimates and may be subject to change based on actual packaged weight, package dimensions, carrier rate changes, fuel surcharges, delivery-area surcharges, or other carrier-imposed fees in effect at the time of shipment.

Last Frontier Creations does not control carrier pricing and cannot guarantee that shipping rates will remain unchanged between the date an order is placed and the date the order is shipped.

If the actual shipping cost is materially greater than the amount collected at checkout, Last Frontier Creations may contact the customer before shipment to obtain approval for any additional shipping charge.

Additional shipping charges will not be applied without customer authorization.

If the customer does not approve the additional shipping charge, Last Frontier Creations may offer an alternative shipping method or cancel and refund the unshipped portion of the order, subject to any applicable custom-order or production policies.

If the actual shipping cost is lower than the amount collected at checkout, any refund or adjustment will be handled at the discretion of Last Frontier Creations unless otherwise required by law.

Shipping Time

Shipping or transit time begins after the order has completed processing and has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

For orders within the United States, most shipments are expected to arrive approximately 7–14 days after leaving our location, depending on the shipping method selected, destination, weather, and carrier conditions.

Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

The total estimated time from placing an order to delivery may therefore include:

Processing: approximately 2–3 weeks
Shipping/Transit: approximately 7–14 days

Delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, other carriers, weather, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside the control of Last Frontier Creations are not considered production delays.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

When tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipment confirmation containing the applicable tracking number.

Tracking information may take time to update after the shipping label has been created or the package has been transferred to the carrier.

P.O. Boxes

Orders may be shipped to P.O. boxes when the selected carrier and shipping service permit P.O. box delivery.

Some carriers may require a physical street address. If a different address is required, Last Frontier Creations will contact the customer before shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping amount unless specifically stated at checkout.

Last Frontier Creations is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Last Frontier Creations takes reasonable care when packaging orders for shipment.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery and handling are subject to the carrier’s policies and procedures.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please retain:

  • The product
  • All original packaging
  • The shipping box or mailer
  • Photographs of the damage
  • Photographs of the shipping label

Please contact Last Frontier Creations as soon as possible so we can assist with any available carrier claim.

Lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages may require investigation by the shipping carrier before a replacement, refund, or other resolution can be considered.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, refused package, failed delivery, or returned shipment may be the responsibility of the customer.
